Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel at 26 degrees centigrade, followed by aging in large-format antique Slavonian oak casks as well as 20 hl French oak (Allier) barrels.
Tasting Notes
Intense, dark garnet red, elegant, fruity bouquet reminiscent of blackberries, full and velvety in the finish, smooth, but complex tannin structure.
Goes best with
Red meat and game around a fine meal. Also wonderful with aged cheese.
