Fermented in stainless steel at 26 degrees centigrade, followed by aging in large-format antique Slavonian oak casks as well as 20 hl French oak (Allier) barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Dense dark ruby red in colour, intense fruit aromas. Full bodied and smooth on the palate.
