Vinification

Gentle pressing followed by natural clarification. Fermentation in stainless steel at 20 degrees centigrade and matured sur lie before bottling.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow with greenish reflexes, fruity aroma of mature apples and field flowers, fresh and juicy with an impressive body fullness, most elegant white.

Light starters, fish, Mediterranean cuisine or as aperitif.
