Vinification

Gentle pressing followed by natural clarification. Fermentation in stainless steel at 20 degrees centigrade and matured sur lie before bottling.

Tasting Notes

Bright, straw yellow in colour, gentle, pronounced aromas reminiscent of mature, yellow fruits. Harmonic and smooth on the palate, fresh and intense in the finish.

As aperitif, with starters, fresh-water fish, noodle dishes, grilled vegetables.
