Vinification
Gentle pressing followed by natural clarification. Fermentation in stainless steel at 20 degrees centigrade and matured sur lie before bottling.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow in colour with light greenish reflexes, reminiscent of elder, nettle and freshly cut grass on the nose. Juicy and salty on the palate, fine fruity in the finish.
Goes best with
Asparagus, fine fish dishes or as an aperitif with matured cheese.
