Types Of Products :-
1. Vigna Ca del Fiore : Lambrusco Grasparossa of Castelvetro DOC is a sparkling wine made from the ripe and sweet grapes from the sunny hill vineyards called “Cà del fiore”. It has a ruby colour with violet shades, an intense and typical fragrance, a sapid and full-bodied dry taste that is characteristic of the origin vineyard. Serve cool at 16° C.
2. Manicardi Brut : The quality sparkling wine “Spumante brut” is obtained from the grapes of our high-quality and well exposed vineyards of Pignoletto from the hilly area of the “Casa Fiore” estate. The best grapes are piked beforehand then, we make wine and let it ferment for a long time in a natural way. This is the ideal method to get a high-quality product. Serve at 10°C even during the whole meal.
3. Fabula : Made from traditional Grasparossa and Grechetto gentile grapes hand-picked early in the season in the estate’s vineyards in the hills and made into sparkling wine in a slow process, this brut rosé sparkling wine is characterised by a delicate, fragrant fruity bouquet and fresh, sapid flavour. Serve at 8 °C as an aperitif or with a meal; perfect with seafood or with cured meats.
4. Pignoletto : Pignoletto Emilia is a sparkling wine obtained from Pignoletto grapes of our hilly vineyards. It has a straw-yellow colour. It has a delicate smell, a dry and sapid taste that is characteristic of the origin vineyard. Serve at 10° C even during the whole meal.
5. Castrum Vetus : CASTRUMVETUS, a name inspired by the ancient name of Castelvetro, to underline its links to the local tradition. This semi-dry Lambrusco is therefore a homage to the origins of the winery, which has grown up around the original vineyard that occupied the very same site. What enabled the estate to maintain the genetic heritage of the mother plant, the ancient Vitis labrusca, was the founder’s courageous decision to recoup shoots of the old variety during winter pruning, for use as grafts. The resulting Grasparossa vine has medium-sized oval grapes, a bunch with spaces between the fruit in which the air can circulate, protecting the vine from diseases, and a tough skin to provide the grapes with natural defences. The stalk, which becomes red when the grapes are ripe (hence the name “grasparossa”), is rich in polyphenols including tannin and anthocyanins.
