BO Yeast free rye bread 350g / 9038
Rye bread made with natural fermented rye sourdough without addition of yeast. Product is made of 100% rye flour and has characteristic rye smell and taste. Pre-baked, deep-frozen.
Thaw for 3 hours at room temperature. Bake thawed product at 190-200°C for 8-10 minutes. Add steam for 6-8 seconds in the beginning of baking.
