Rye bread without added yeast 410g / 9908
Rye bread made of traditionally fermented rye sourdough, without addition of yeast. Product rich with fibres and without addition of preservatives. Clean Label. Pre-baked, deep-frozen.
Thaw for 3 hours at room temperature. Bake thawed product at 190-200°C for 8-10 minutes. Add steam for 6 seconds in the beginning of baking.
