Yellobell filled with fresh cheese

The "Yellobell" is a star among the antipasti-assortment of DIE KÄSEMACHER. This mild and snappy mini-pumpkins are carefully ripened and handpicked – which is essential for good harvest results. Following the fruits receive their heart of finest fresh cheese and become a real “Yellobell”. 

The fruit is a unique breed from DIE KÄSEMACHER and is characterized by it´s snappy bite and the mild taste. The seeds are cultivated by longstanding tradition and in a lovingly detailed manner. This is the only way to guarantee a flavourful, crisp bite and the delicious pulp of every single fruit. DIE KÄSEMACHER have a strong relationship to their partners. The use if the finest raw materials and a respectful approach with nature are very important to them. After a careful harvest, the fresh vegetables are ready for a fast transportation to the Waldviertel where they are filled by hand and put into the packaging one by one in Vitis.
