Yirgacheffe

Cup- Bright acidity and medium body. A floral aroma and a lemony taste with notes of Jasmine. Altitude- 1.770 to 2.200 metres (5.790 to 7.210 feet) This coffee has a bluish raw appearance and a medium to large bean. The Yirgacheffe is an island located in the middle of the Sidamo region. It was first recognised as a distinct area in the 1960’s and was set apart for the citrus flavours found in its washed coffees.
