ZAREA ROYAL GOLD 23K - sparkling with edible goldflakes
Zarea Royal Gold 23K has a crystalline golden yellow colour with suspended elements (flakes/ 23K gold leaf). The flavours are of overripe fruits (pineapple, golden apple, melon and banana) with delicate hints of caramel and toffee. The texture is creamy and savoury, slightly citrusy, with a delicate acidity and a lingering, long, juicy aftertaste.
Food Pairing:
Zarea Royal Gold 23K pairs perfectly with caviar or salmon roe, salmon tartare or tuna carpaccio, foie gras or salmon fillets in pistachio crust. It also goes well with salads or seafood pasta, with mussels in wine or ravioli drawn on the griddle. At the end of the meal, it is easy to enjoy with fine, hard or semi-hard cheeses, garnished with dried peaches and white raisins.
Serving recommendation;
Serve at 5-7°C in flute glasses or clear white wine glasses to admire the fine pearl and 23K Gold flakes. Can be garnished with fresh strawberries. Does not require decanting or aeration.
