ZAREA ROYAL GOLD ROSE 23K - sparkling wine with edible goldflakes

ZAREA Royal Gold Rosé is an elegant sparkling wine that will win anyone over with its fresh red fruit flavours (raspberry, strawberry and cherry) and refreshing sensation and creamy texture. The taste is sweet, of citrus fruits and well-ripened red fruits. The final sensation, the lingering aftertaste, stays in for a long time and is juicy with a subtle grapefruit note.

Food Pairing:

A dynamic sparkling wine, very easy to pair with fish, seafood and red meat dishes, as long as they are not accompanied by sauces or other extremely spicy or overly sweet ingredients. Excellent with Bolognese pasta, baked salmon fillets in pistachio crust, pizza with prosciutto crudo, chocolate-dipped strawberries, fruit cakes or creamy truffle-flavoured cheese.

Serving recommendation:

To be consumed at temperatures between 6-8°C in glasses of sparkling wine or glasses of white wine, possibly garnished with fresh strawberries.
