Zucchini in Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 190g

After the harvest, the fresh zucchini are washed and cut into thin slices then laid carefully one by one in the jar. We try to keep them as much natural as possible, in order to get the original flavor, freshness and texture. They have a slightly wine vinegar smell and deep green color, typical of freshly cut zucchini.
The zucchini are preserved in our delicious extra virgin olive oil, without any addition of preservatives, colorants or food additives.

Ingredients: Zucchini 61%, extra virgin olive oil 33%, parsley, mint, chili, wine vinegar, salt.

Ideal as: They are delicious eaten just out of the jar as a snack or with aged or semi-aged cheese (such as pecorino cheese). Also delicious used in vegetable mix, pasta and rice salads. They can also be served along with sea food salads or with tuna fish.

Store: Please, keep the jar in a dry and cool place, away from lights. After the opening keep the product covered in its oil and consume within 20 days.
