Sight: Soft pink color, with elegant and persistent perlage, forming a rosary bubbles ending at the crown.
Nose: Complex and aromatic. Presence of white peaches, red fruits and almonds.
Mouth: The mouth shows a delicate presence of fruits, the great structure supported by the pinot noir makes it a complete sparkling wine, elegant and persistent.

Vinification: In accordance to organic protocol, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature within 24º to 26º C for 15 days. Daily pump-overs with rack and runs at the beginning of fermentation. Post-fermentative maceration in stainless steel tanks until beginning of breeding process.
Aging: 100 % of the wine stays 12 months in unique French oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Intense violet-red color. Floral notes, red and black berries predominate at the nose. Presence of wood, vanilla and chocolate, due to its long aging in new oak barrels. Great structure and balanced acidity on the palate. Fruity notes such as plums, cherries and hints of mint are also perceived. Elegant and intense, holding sweet tannins and silky end.

Dark red color. notes of red pepper and herbs predominate on the nose. Mouth with mild pyrazine notes and berries. Wood presence in complete communion with the wine, varietal is not covered. Smooth entry and finish, with good concentration and structure, is an elegant and intense wine.

Vinification: According to organic protocols, the must is obtained by direct pressing of the grapes. Spontaneous fermentation is performed with indigenous yeasts for up to 20 days with fermentation temperature controlled at 15 ºC. Once ended, vessels are filled and left with fine lees up to 3 months.
Aging: 100% of the wine in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Soft and clear golden color with bright reflections.
Scent: Sort of fresh, tropical florals, with a fruity profile such as peaches and apricots.
Flavor: Cool entry. Full and sustained palate with very good acidity and a nice aromatic persistence plus a well-marked structure. Fruit flavors such as pears and apples can be felt in the mouth due to the tannins present.
