Tendam
Founded under the name Cortefiel in 1880 in Spain by the Quiros family, Tendam is a retailer of clothing, accessories and fragrances. In 2018, the company began to operate under the name Tendam.
Tendam operates a total of 1988 stores across the world under different banners. 1296 stores are owned by the company while 692 stores are franchises. Tendam operates 1425 shops in Europe, 75 in Asia, 252 in Africa and the Middle East and 236 in America. Since 2012, all banners operate an online shop.

Tendam started to export to the US in 1960 and in 1991, launched its first stores in France and Portugal.
Tendam achieved a turnover of € 1154.7 million in 2017, indicating a growth of 2.4% in its revenue. At present, Tendam employs 10291 people.
Tendam won the National Award for the Great Fashion Company in 2014.
All banners operate independently and manage their own label under the same name as their shops, offering clothing, accessories as well as fragrances.
