ACCENT D'OC

It's a family story. It's also a story of passion. Passion for Languedoc and gastronomy... At first is Marie Neirac, a former Parisienne from the world of advertising, found of cooking. 15 years ago, she meets her husband Jean-Noël, a Languedoc native. In this sunny south of France, Marie discovers a rich terroir and gastronomy. In their summer house, with Jean-Noël, she invites friends and family, cooks tapenades and anchoiades, creates her own personal recipes. Everybody congratulates her for the great buffets she organizes. The idea of changing life slowly makes its way.. Marie’s passion for cooking and the Languedoc lead her to change her life completely by creating Accent d’Oc in 2003. First, with her brother Frédéric, she opens a shop in Narbonne, selling delicatessen and Languedoc "art de vivre". But she doesn't find all the products she has in mind and decides to create them... A few kilometers from Narbonne, in her Capestang workshop, she experiments and creates original recipes such as olive jam, pistou olive oil or Escalivada. Success comes right away Then, Marie's daughter Delphine, thrilled by her enthousiasm, joins her to hel develop the brand and the company. Today, Accent d’Oc, it's more than 40 products, 150 shops in France and foreign selling them and also a few trophies ! We are now a small but recognized company, chosen by some of the best delicatessens and talented French gastronomers in France, including cheese specialist Philippe Olivier and chef Antoine Westermann.
