Agostini Elio S.n.c. consists of two plants and deals with the production, packaging and sales of food products and meat. Our mission is to satisfy the needs of our customers by producing quality food with respect for people and the environment and to promote local products, the raw material for processing, both traction / historical culinary culture. The company uses a Plan of self-control that has been prepared according to the principles of HACCP and it is performed as a routine activity of monitoring and hygienic-sanitary checks in each step of the production process of every product, from the receipt of raw materials to the transport and shipping of goods. The company is also in the process of IFS and BRC certification that today represent one of the most popular tools for the qualification of suppliers of branded products of the Great Organized Distribution and have the purpose to ensure that the products are manufactured in compliance with the food safety requirements.
