Alex &Comp is a family business that started in 1994 with 2-3 employees and a portfolio of two products. Gradually we concentrated our efforts in developing new products and services, reaching today to have 250 employees and over 400 packaged in different ways: bulk, small envelopes, packages of economic or multipacks. The companys development depends on employee development, therefore we offer people with talent, passion and integrity, the opportunity to achieve professional excellence. We have created a work environment where people collaborate to fulfill ambitious goals. We believe that teamwork turn ideals into reality and consumer appreciation of this effort is complete. In the economic context of 2008 – 2010, when many companies fell into decline, Alex&Comp confirm their value and strength through a series of actions and investments: - hiring staff; - refurbishment, - change the image of products. We bet the solution of continuity of tradition, respect for people and their work, reinforcing brand ALEX. It became easy to recognize the image that consumers naturally blends tradition and innovation, essential elements that are found in the quality of our products to suit the Romanians thought the Romanians.
