Alifrost, is an ecuadorian food industry of Gourmet Side Dishes & Appetizers. We produce natural and ready to eat products that allow us to offer our customers new flavors, sensations and versatility of preparations. Our products can be tasted either at home or in restaurants. Our raw materials, carefully selected, such as ripe and unripe plantain, cassava, parsnip, andean sweet potato (also known as boniato), among others are turned into ready to eat and frozen preserved wedges, sticks, purees, croquettes and turnovers, that can be used as side dishes, appetizers or entrees. Potato can be easily substituted by any of these carb products.
