We love cakes and we want to make sure that you do too! We rely on our extremely talented bakers, carefully selected ingredients and an original recipe from the 1890s to make all kinds of truly delicious cakes. For you!

It has been, and is, a fantastic journey. Almondy was founded in 1982 and we have been growing rapidly ever since, today we bake 80 000 cakes per day and export to 52 countries!

A cake can’t change the world. But we are convinced that our cakes can contribute to more moments of indulgence together with family and friends, which makes life a bit happier!

Today: Packaging is FSC certified with Reduced Plastic (PE) barrier. Our packaging is recycled in the same way as liquid cardboard (milk and juice). The supplier can separate the plastic from the cardboard through a washing process. The paper fiber is recycled and becomes new packaging while the plastic is burned and transformed to energy which is used at their own facility. Around Europe, there are 30 similar facilities that can recycle liquid cardboard and it can therefore be considered that there is a functioning infrastructure for recycling of Almondys packaging. Goal is to have Bio plastics for pallet wrapping. We will also map and look for alternatives to all other fossil plastics, such as bags, gloves and packaging. Material recyclable packagings 2030 - we are already there in several countries.
