Alpha Gefsi established in 1998, located in Northern part of Greece under mount Olympus; it is specialised in the production both of traditional and gourmet dips. Company’s goal is to make extremely tasty mediterranean delicacies out of the best ingredients Greece has to offer.

Since the beginning, the most important factor that the company has been based upon is superior tasting from the competition. Alpha Gefsi follows exclusive recipes that meet both tradition and the new eating trends of the market. It uses a selection of high-end ingredients that are individually tested before they mixed up, in order to offer a unique taste that can be combined perfectly with all kinds of meals, snacks and appetisers.

Greece is famous because it offers many lovely products around the world such as original Feta cheese, Greek Yoghurt, Extra Virgin olive oil, etc.. Alpha Gefsi managed to take advantage of this “thesaurus” of Greece, and created more than 30 delicious dips and spreadable products using only locally sourced ingredients.

Alpha Gefsi under its brand is already supplying massively big super market chains across Greece like AB Vasilopoulos (Ahold Delhaize Group), Makro (used to be in Metro Group), Sklavenitis Group (560 stores) and more. Steadily, it expands into the European markets as well as North-American ones through the participation of many international exhibition shows (Anuga, Sial, etc.) and the extension of product life up to 6 months.
