Alushibe Holding Group is a diversified investment group headquartered in Benghazi, Libya, operating across retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, healthcare, engineering, and services.

Our Consumer Goods division is the foundation on which the group was built. Today, we operate across the distribution of foodstuff, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and consumer essentials, supported by a growing manufacturing base. With multiple local production factories, distribution centres, 500+ distribution employees, and over 1.53 million sqft of warehousing and logistics capacity, we are one of the most established FMCG platforms in North Africa.

We develop and manage our own private label brands - including Ahmed Tea and Aya - while also serving as a trusted distribution partner for international brands entering the Libyan market.

Through our subsidiary Zulfa, we have developed a 140,000 sqm food production complex in partnership with Tetra Pak, one of the most advanced food and beverage production platforms in North Africa, with production starting in 2026.

Our Retail & Destinations division operates multiple shopping malls, hotels, and retail stores an infrastructure spanning over 2.15 million sqft of retail area.
