At our facilities we apply modern production methods with strict specifications governing our quality control, production and packaging processes.

We use state-of-the-art equipment meeting all the requirements for the safety and hygiene of our products.

The AMFIGAL Milk Processing Plant was completed in May 2016 and commenced operations in March 2017. Our plant is 4.500 sq.m., and is located in a plot of 20 acres in Kechrinia, Amfilochia, away from the big urban centers.The current production capacity is based on state-of-the-art production lines, having the potential to star in the field of cheese production within the next few years.

Presently we are cooperating with 370 selected milk producers in our area, reaching a production capacity that can exceed the 100 tons of sheep and goat milk per day.
