For decades they have cultivated a great love for the produce of their own land, obtained with respect for nature and the work of man.

In 2011 the Bavieri family enlisted the expertise of the Brabant family, France’s leading producer of wine vinegar and mustards for generations. Today as in the past, we strive for excellence by combining quality and innovation, making flexibility our strong point.
