COMPANY PROFILE

The company is currently located in Italy near Novara, in Borgolavezzaro, where old farming traditions are handed down from generation to generation.
The factory is 4.000 square meter and employing 60 people.
The production site is equipped with the most modern technologies in full respect of all hygiene and health rules, producing custom made pizzas and pizza bases, both fresh and frozen, with dough of variable thickness as well as different diameters and shapes, and personalized packaging.
Our company has all the necessary certifications to work with clients expecting high standards of quality and reliability. (BRC, IFS, ORGANIC, USDA ORGANIC)

STRATEGY

Historically, Antico Forno a Legna has developed its clients mostly abroad.
Export is about 95% of our turnover.
The know-how is shared on all level of the company to work for international markets: from production to employee to managements.

COMMERCIAL ORGANISATION
