Aperit was founded in 2009. We are committed to combining the qualities of the Basilicata region with its ancient traditions, fertile land and quality not found, the water, the sun and the people. Modern economies, based on production on large scale, are destroying the precious treasure of typicality. Our work tries to give value to the small production of Basilicata, raising the level of quality and introducing certificates of origin and biological food.
