The position of our company is to put at disposal of the market and the customers natural products, FREE from any artificial preservatives, FREE from colours or GM ingredients. Some of our cakes are also GLUTEN FREE.

Regarding our cakes :

- Only the best, carefully selected natural ingredients are used. 

- All are cakes can be delivered frozen. If not they have a long shelf-life of up to 90 days in an ambient environment, even though they are completely FREE from any artificial preservatives, colours or GM ingredients.

- With honey acting as a natural preservative and by using a unique vacuum and O2 absorbent packaging technology, Over the years we have been able to achieve the following Certificates and Awards:

• BRC Global Standards certificate
• ISO 9001 International certification
• ISO 14001 Environmental protection and pollution prevention

Our Drinks products made of Honey :

-The Honey wine (mead) we are producing are free from any SULFITS.

- We won 19 gold medals at the most prestigious international competition.

- Our limited edition honey wine called "Barrique" (in oak barrels) has been elected BEST MEAD IN THE WORLD in 2015.

Our Honey wine is produced through natural fermentation of the honey with a noble culture of wine yeasts. Production of our mead is a long and difficult process lasting at least one year.

All our products are still very appreciated by our customers.
