We place a great deal of emphasis on the high quality of our organic raw materials used, as well as the sustainability of our business activities. Short routes from field to plant and as a result thereof lower CO2 emissions throughout the process are part of what we consider sustainable business.
We only use Bioland organic potatoes, organic spices and organic sunflower oil. The potatoes are regionally sourced from Bavaria and Baden-Wuerttemberg. We pay very close attention to impeccable quality and reliability when selecting our personally known suppliers. The short transport distances from the field to the crisp factory ensure the spuds are always processed freshly and undamaged.
The high quality organic sunflower oil used in our kettle-cook process contains no anti-oxidants and is sourced from a local family-owned business nearby. We also use only natural, organic- quality products when mixing our seasonings. Of course, artificial flavor enhancers, coloring and preservatives are an absolute No Go. Lisa’s Potato Chips therefore comply with the special requirements of the very strict Bioland Organic Standards for food production.
The combination of the highest organic quality, tradition and innovative kettle technology is what makes Lisa’s Chips produced at our facilities in Upper Swabia so unique.
