Astex (Extremadura's Second Food Processing) belonging to the CONESA group. ASTEX It is a company founded in 1992 which purpose is the second transformation of tomato and the processing of high quality sauces. One of our specialties is designing the tomato sauce taste that specific customer demand. As an example, we have designed: Italian dressing Spanish Sauces Hot Sauces Exotic Sauces Kids Sauces Since our beginnings we have centred on the creation and distribution of SAUCES OF TOMATO " PRIVATE LABEL " for big surfaces of the whole Europe. For instance: (LILD, PLUS, DIA ) We are located in Extremadura, center of the major area of production of industrial tomato in Spain, that’s why we only use products grown in ideal conditions and with a natural maturation. The above mentioned raw materials are the base to elaborate the TOMATO SAUCES of "Astex" According to traditional recipes of Mediterranean cuisine from Italy and Spain.
