Athena's is a family-owned Italian company who has 50 years of experience in the production of cosmetics.

Headquartered in Pianoro, near Bologna, the company, with a view to continuous improvement and transformation, has diversified more and more, over the years, its production: from the soap cleansing products, to scented lines, up to the cosmetic "green" natural and organic functional products for face, body and hair.

Athena's cosmetic lines represent, today, the quality of herbal recipes available not only in stores and specialist chains but also within the large-scale distribution in corner dedicated to the natural products

Athena’s develops in its own laboratory and produces, in its production plant, natural and dermal eco-compatible cosmetic lines rich in 100% functional ingredients of natural origin, respectful towards the environment and the animals in the choice of ingredients, Dermatological tested to reduce the risk of allergies at Ferrara University.

 ZERO IMPACT: the line «l’Erboristica di Athena’s dal 1969» adheres to the Zero Impact project LifeGate, an association for the protection of the environment. After checking in companies participating in its activities, offsets the CO2 emissions resulting from the production process, with reforestation and / or interventions of creation and protection of new forests.

Athena’s is equipped with a laboratory for Research and Development that will meet all customer needs, thanks to the experience and professionalism of its staff, who cares to monitor not only the technical and technological innovations, but also the trend in the cosmetic market.

Athena’s laboratory is abel to follow the entire process, from  formulation development of its products, to the raw material selection up to microbiological testing of each batch of production in order to  assure quality and reliability.

By virtue of a great deal of flexibility, the team of the laboratory is able to adapt quickly to market demands and customer's requests, making use of the precious collaboration of the Department of Cosmetology of the University of Ferrara for the realization of studies to evaluate the efficacy, tolerability of skin and eye, as well as microbiological control on its products
