The company has a strong market presence in over 40 countries worldwide. Apart from the production and distribution of their products, the firm also manufactures various products under the category of personal care.

In the financial year 2018, the company achieved a turnover of € 726 million. The firm employs 5532 people to work for the business.

Being one of the leading FMCG companies, the firm operates several companies and offices in 9 countries.

The firm distributes a wide assortment of products under the following categories:

• Sweet grocery - Ambient desserts,Biscuits, Seasonal confectionery, Sugar

• Savory grocery - Rice, Pasta & Pulses, Pet food, Ready meals, Condiments & Dressings, Soups and baby foods

• Drinks - Wine, spirits, water, juices

• Household & Personal care - supplements and cosmetics

The company has launched several private labels comprising of different products in various categories:

• Kafa, Barcaffe, Bonito - Under these names, coffees are sold.

• Cedevita - Under this brand, refreshments containing natural flavours are available.

• Cockta - In this line, non-alcoholic drinks are sold.

• Donat MG - This brand consists of mineral water.

• Smoki - Snacks are the specialty of this brand.

• Amfissa - Products such as condiments are sold in this line.

Concerning the logistics measures, the firm operates distribution centers and more than 1000 vehicles to ensure deliveries. Furthermore, Atlantic Grupa also manages 15 production plants in Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Macedonia.

Over the years, Atlantic Grupa has acquired many companies in various sectors. In 2003, the company purchased Neva, a manufacturer of cosmetics in Croatia and launched the brand in other countries like Slovenia, Macedonia and Italy.

Between 2004 to 2007, Atlantic Grupa acquired:

• Interchem Zagreb- A cosmetics producer

• Haleko - a Sports Food producer now known as Multipower

• Sports Direct

• Fidifarm- a producer of supplements and vitamins

• Multivita - a producer of vitamin instant drinks based in Serbia

• Vičiški komerc - a distributor based in Macedonia

In 2008, Atlantic Grupa acquired various pharmacies and launched its own pharmacy chain, Farmacia.

Between 2010 to2015, The company acquired other companies:

• Droga Kolinska

• Kalničke vode Bio Natura

• Prodis - a distribution company which allowed the company to distribute the products of Unilever.

• Foodland - fruit and vegetable products

In 2016, Atlantic Grupa founded distribution companies in Austria and Germany and in 2017, the company partnered with Aminolabs.
