Australis Seafoods SA  integrates the production chain of salmon and trout   and features freshwater fish farms in five regions. Facilities that applies a rigorous and experienced Genetics Program for the production of fish roe  (eggs), fry and smolt quality.

After that the smolts are transferred to their fattening centers in seawater   in Chilean Patagonia, place with unique climatic and oceanographic conditions in the world for the production of salmon .

Finally, Australis Seafoods SA  markets its salmonids in different formats or cuts. Each of these are exported to international markets such as the US through its subsidiary Pacific Salmon True Holding.
