BuondiOli

Azienda Agricola BuondiOli is a family firm that was founded in 1864 from Mimmo Buondioli in Carpino, in the Gargano National Park, famous land of oils in the north of Apulia. 

We have been producing Organic high quality Extravirgin Olive Oil for 4 generation mixing tradition and innovation. Buondioli means "good in oils" in italian language, and that is our surname.

The entire supply chain follows processes carried out in full respect of nature: from production to packaging, all phases are monitored for reducing the environmental impact of the final product and enhance its quality.

We choose to make only premium products, that’s why we accurately select our olives and use a cold pressing method based on the most advanced techniques. Moreover, we follow the natural lifecycle of the plants.  In this way we are able to keep the precious features of our products and naturally preserve them over time. 

Buondioli is not a big company and this allows us to concentrate better on quality rather than on quantity. 

We produce 4 olive oils which differ just for the type of olives used (the processing methods used are the same for all of them): Ogliarola Garganica, Leccino, Denocciolato, Blend.
