In summer 2000: specialized The Bagel Bakery GmbH, in the production of authentic, American baked goods for catering, bakery and trade, we have limited ourselves to the products bagels, muffins, brownies, donuts, and cookies. We believe in focusing on our core products and our flexibility is our strength. Our expertise has been since 1996 in the U.S. and German learned bakeries and continuously developed. Our aim is to meet the individual needs of our customers in the highest degree, by delivering original products in high quality. We are always striving to improve our products and capabilities in this segment.
