Baldauf Kaese
• We are the oldest cheese dairy in Germany which is still run by the owners family, now it is the 5th generation running the dairy.
• Our cheeses are refined with herbs, like the Baldauf “Wildflower”, Baldauf “lemon pepper”, “Chili”, “farmers garden” and many other, the herbs are a highlight in look and taste!
• We got international premium awards as the World Championchip or the the World Cheese Awards, for ex. as the best german cheese
• We have a boost for new partners: High end sample boxes - as many as you like.
Some more internal qualities:
• Since 2022 we produce only with renewable energy – as far as we know we are the only dairy in Germany which achieved that goal.
• For our cheeses we only use „hay“milk – it means that our cows are fed in the most natural way, with hay and gras.
• For our cheeses we do not use any „industrial made“ milk cultures since we still know the traditional way of excerting the milk cultures out of our own milk. This is a skill barely known anymore and it makes the taste of Baldauf cheese very unique.
• All of our farmers are located in the “Alp mountain region” just arround the corner. Each farmer has in average only 35 cows and we know each of them personally. All of the cows are running arround freely on the pasture.
