BeC is a family-owned company, established in 1982 in Italy (Forlì, 70 km away from Bologna) Since the early days, BeC focused on the study of the application of essential oils and natural plant extracts in the development of professional skin care and beauty products. Originally inspired by eastern traditional medicines, we have then fused these traditions with the most modern scientific approach, so to provide the best of nature and the safety of science combined in a unique product line. This is the  challenge of BeC Company during these 36 years of activity: to merge modern scientific research with the natural tradition in a single energy, capable of creating functional products of unique quality ,100% MADE IN ITALY, because we produce products in our own Company where we also develop formulation in 4 cutting-edge laboratories dedicated to Research & Development.

Indeed, BeC is “the safe side of nature”. Each raw material and final formulation is extensively tested for the absence of toxins and pollutants like nickel, lead and other heavy metals, allergens, solvents’ residues, dioxane, phtalates, parabenes, formaldehyde, 4-HNE, that mean anything that could compromise the fullest safety of our products. Quality is yet another key-feature: not only we select the best raw materials and we analyze them for purity, genuineness and content of bioactive phytochemicals, we have setup an integrated qualityenvironment management system certified ISO-9001 and ISO 14000. Furthermore our products are certified “Qualità Vegetariana” (Vegetarian Quality) by the Italian Vegetarian Association. Efficacy is indeed our strongest pride. Every formulation is tested for efficacy on healthy human volunteers, so to guarantee customers’ fullest satisfaction. We focus on what they actually do for our customers. The primary Packaging is in recyclable materials and secondary packaging is in FSC certified paper, for a responsable use of resourse.

The assortments of products are composed of a natural and organic range for professional use called "BeC Natura" (Face a body care line - Bath and Hair care line - Baby skin care line - Sun care line - Dietary Supplements line) and "TERRA BIOCARE", a certified Ecocert green line of natural and organic products friendly to the environment but truly performing for the care, beauty and wellness of the body. TERRA BIOCARE line is addressed for retail channel and dedicated to all those who want to approach to a lifestyle that is more conscious. ethical and environmentally sustainable (Green philosophy).

Usually our customers are SPA's, beauty salons, pharmacies, natural shops, aesthetic medicine centers, as well as private customers who choose e-commerce.
