Britvic PLC, founded in the middle of the 19th century, is publicly traded and is one of the largest soft drinks companies in the world. With a portfolio of more than 30 brands and a partnership with PepsiCo since 1987, it has annual sales of over 2 billion liters. In 2015, Britvic started its operation in Brazil by incorporating the Brazilian Food and Beverage Company (ebba), owner of the Maguary and Dafruta brands, forming Britvic ebba. In 2017, envisioning the market potential, the company expanded its business with the acquisition of Bela Ischia Alimentos Ltda, thus bringing together three renowned brands: Maguary, Dafruta and Bela Ischia. Always looking to grow, Britvic Ebba works not only with juices, but also with ready-to-drink teas, almond and coconut milk, coconut water and tonic water.
