Bidfood Lithuania is an importer, wholesaler and distributor founded in 1994 when its firm was first established in Kaunas. The company acquired Orgevita in 1999 which turned into Nowaco Lietuva. Bidfood Lithuania then expanded to Latvia and Estonia to then become the leader in distributing frozen and chilled food products countrywide. Bidfood Lithuania is owned by the Bidcorp Group.

The firm operates an online store as well as a mobile application called MyBidfood.

Bidfood Lithuania owns automated and temperature-controlled warehouses situated in Kaunas, Lithuania and Riga, Latvia. The company also runs a distribution centre of 6700 m2 located in Kaunas. The distribution center is equipped with 4 temperature-regulated warehouses. Moreover, the area of warehouses in Latvia is over 1400 m2, consisting of 480 m2 warehouses and 300 m2 occupying a fish processing workshop.
