Bifum is a Brazilian industry that manufactures rice pasta, all natural using only one ingredient: Brazilian Rice. No preservatives, no gluten, or other artificial stuff. It’s a very clean label product. Bifum has been in the brazilian market for more than 57 years and it is the leader in its category.

Our facility is located in São Paulo state . We follow very straight food security protocols and we are in process to receive FSSC 22000 certification. Our expectation, is to have it available until the end of 2022. We have the production capacity of 03 tons per day of rice noodles. We can work as our own brand or even being a supplier for your Private Label.
