Backhäusle is a family owned company located in the South of Germany. We are specialised in extraordinary bakery produce manufactured in artisan IFS-certified production.

We produce artisan bread specialties with a focus on health products, such as organic, gluten free, flourless or superfoods breads.

We have our customers in mind first, which is why our products are tailored to meet their needs: We produce frozen, fresh and ambient products for well-known European retailers and foodservice clients.
