Bio Planet S.A. is Poland's leading distributor and packer of certified organic food, headquartered in Wilkowa Wieś/Leszno near Warsaw. Founded in 2005 and listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the company reported revenue of approximately PLN 279 million in 2024 and around PLN 311 million (roughly €73 million) in 2025, growing at double-digit rates, and employs on the order of 300 people.

The company's core business is the wholesale distribution and own-brand packaging of organic (ecological) food. Its catalogue exceeds 7,000 SKUs sourced from certified organic farms and producers in more than 40 countries, spanning fruits, nuts and dried fruit, grains, flours and cereals, bread and bakery, dairy, oils, preserves, beverages and health foods, complemented by organic cosmetics and ecological cleaning products. Products are sold both under its own brands — including Bio Planet, Biominki (children's range) and partner lines such as Diet Food and Pharmovit supplements — and under the brands of other renowned organic producers. Packing operations are BRC-certified.

Bio Planet serves a broad B2B customer base: specialist organic shops, independent retailers, retail chains, wholesalers and online stores across Poland, with export sales elsewhere in Europe and internationally. Customers access its full trade offer through a proprietary B2B e-commerce platform, and the company also provides dropshipping services for online retailers as well as patronage-shop programs. It additionally runs the consumer portal gotujwstylueko.pl to promote organic cooking.

Logistics are handled from a roughly 12,000 m² complex of offices, packaging facilities and high-capacity warehouses, enabling nationwide next-day distribution of dry, chilled and frozen organic assortments. For manufacturers of organic food, natural cosmetics and eco-friendly household products, Bio Planet functions as the principal gateway to the Polish organic market, continuously sourcing new certified products and private-label supply from producers worldwide, making it an active and growing FMCG buyer in the organic segment.
