Biovela

BIOVELA Group is Lithuania’s largest and the most advanced group of meat processing companies and one of the biggest meat manufacturers in Central Europe. Having started operations in 1994, it now enjoys the biggest market share of the meat production in Lithuania.

BIOVELA Group comprises four companies: Biovela, Utenos mesa, Food Industry logistics Company and Ziobiskio veisliniu kiauliu kompleksas. All of these employ more than 1,600 people. The group’s key specialisations include processing of fresh meat, meat production, export of fresh meat and frozen meat products, and logistics.
