BISCUITERIE DE L ABBAYE is a French family business, born of crafts, located at Lonlay l'Abbaye, a small town in the heart of Normandy and specialized in pure butter biscuits, fruits biscuits and organic biscuits. 50 years ago, Georges Lautour, the French baker from Lonlay l’Abbaye, produced hand-made Sablé and Gallette shortbread biscuits.  
BISCUITERIE DE L ABBAYE wishes to make these traditional and original flavours more widely known. That’s why our pastry chefs are always working hard to produce authentic recipes, and select only the best ingredients: butter, cream, eggs, apples, bringing the flavours of the local produce of Normandy.
