The North Sea and the North Atlantic provide a vast range of fish, from which we select for production at our factory in Frederikshavn. We rely widely on catches from smaller fishing vessels, fishing a limited time only, in order to ensure the best quality. Being a small country (and a great fishing nation) with only very short transfers from fishing port to factory, we are able to secure optimal quality and react to different requirements very swiftly.
