Since 1935, the Burgard family has been producing manuallygourmet products in their traditional bakery in Strasbourg. Nowadays in our workshops in Hoerdt, where the facilities are large enough to ensure a high level of productivity, the company has been specializing in frozen bakery, catering and appetizer products.
Focusing on traditionnal bretzel dough as well as other bread doughs, the company develops equally the traditional malicettes, bretzels and surprise breads; as well as mini burgers, canapés, bagels, hot dogs, wraps and other finger food products.
In 2021 the company has generated a turnover of 25 million euros with 220 employees in a production area of 8000m2.
