Budget & Quality Group manufactures and distributes top-quality hand, nail and foot care products. In 1997 Budget & Quality started with the distribution of professional nail products to nail and beauty salons. Subsequently, the focus shifted towards wholesalers. Today, this knowledge and experience is used to successfully develop products both for professional use as for the retail market.
