Bäckerei Stiebling GmbH is a bakery with two business concepts. One is the traditional bakery with a chain of own outlets, and the other is the production of Cakees for the retail market. Cakees are the first and only shelf stable cheesecakes in ambient temperature. With our new packaging concept we achieve a shelf life of up to 12 months, without chilling or freezing, and without any artificial additives, using 100% natural ingredients.

Our company dates back to the early 1920s and is today run by the third generation of the family. Our sister company Reimanns Fine Foods Pvt. Ltd. in India is owned also by the Stiebling family and manufactures Cakees for the Asian market.
