The DALLI CARDILLO GROUP is the evolution of a good and healthy family history born in 1986 when in Agrigento - in the legendary Valley of the Temples - the Dalli Cardillo Brothers founded the La Trinacria Dalli Cardillo dairy, a modest reality that would grow until to become the giant of today.

Over time, the LA TRINACRIA DALLI CARDILLO dairy has increasingly implemented new production systems and technologies including the Tetrapack and Combibloc systems, becoming a joint-stock company and evolving into a GROUP which today includes the VALLE DEI TEMPLI SALUMIFICIO. This gives us a wide range of products: dairy products, creams, drinks - including almond milk - and cured meats.

New markets are increasingly being conquered at an increasing rate. By mapping an international path that started from just a few Sicilian stops, DALLI CARDILLO performs well in all sectors: Horeca, Retail, DO and GDO in many countries around the world, also offering an advanced co-packing service that guarantees speed and maximum care in all markets and for every product.
