In 1997 Mr. Carugati wonder to have its own brand to be distributed locally and worldwide so that with specific and long studies to get innovative formula , Mr Carugati develped the line SILIUM  a so high quality line of hair cosmetics : color and care for the personal use - professional formula to be used at home In 1999 Carugatis's family founded CARMA ITALIA srl which now is the owner of SILIUM brand and distributes always locally some other so high quality brands
