Our company was born thanks to a time-worn family recipe: creativity, experience, competitiveness, a talent for planning, a passion for this kind of work. This a recipe we have used for many, many years, more precisely since 1950, when Enrico Castellazzi founded the artisan Casa del Dolce firm, by now a modern, advanced confectionery plant. Since then Casa del Dolce has always been our second home and the decision to keep the company’s ownership and management in the family has led to important results, such as finding ourselves amongst the leading companies in the sector.
